Best Services: Arcapita works in all customer needs with regard to swimming pools and is considered one of the best companies that offer more than one cleaning service and maintenance. All the pools needs to clean, reviewing the PH, checking the CHLORINE LEVEL, checking the level of CYANURIC ACID, BACTERIOLOGIC ANALYSIS, ALKALINE TESTING and checking CALCIUM HARDNESS. Cleaning pump and plant room through audio and visual examination and making sure that they work properly and there is no leakage and vibration-free. Arcapita has experienced team able to make swimming pools free of any obstacles.
• Clean the skimmer and pump basket regularly.
• Brushing of walls, steps, ladder and low circulations spots on daily basis.
• Maintaining of water level between one-third and one-half up to the swimming pool skimmer box.
• Checking of Potential of hydrogen (Ph) and chlorine.
• Vacuuming pool – to help your pool’s Ph level more controlled.
• Leaf and debris removal.
• Clean up any buildup of sludge at the base of chlorine and pH dosing equipment.
• Dismantle and clean the suction strainers and foot valves of chlorine and PH dosing equipment.
• Clean pump filters.
• Where not automatic rotate duty/standby pumps.
• Carry out an audio-visual check on all motors and pumps in plant room. Checking that they are operating correctly are not overheating, not leaking and are vibration free.
• Check all underwater lighting and replace any fused lamps.
• Generally clean plant room including all pipe work and equipment there in.
• Carry out any cleaning, adjustments, repairs or replacement as condition found in various checks dictates.
• Complete all plant log sheets.
Additional services will be included for two weekly maintenance.
• Dismantle points of application of chlorine/PH dosing equipment and thoroughly cleanse in water.
• Dismantle valve assembles of chlorine/ PH dosing pumps and thoroughly cleans in water.
• Super Chlorination – to ensure proper sanitization of the pool water and will prevent bacteria and alga growth.
Additional services will be included on monthly maintenance.
• Check integrity of ladders, grab handles, diving boards and the like fixed furniture and equipment.
• Check frequency of collection and submission of pool water samples for bacteriological analysis. Details as below:
➢ Checking of total Alkalinity, which should range between 80-120p.p.m
➢ Checking of calcium hardness, which should range between 180-220p.p.m
➢ Checking of chlorine level, which should rage between 1-4p.p.m
➢ Checking of bromine level, should range between 3-5p.p.m
➢ Checking of Cyanuric Acid level, which should range between 30-50p.p.m
➢ Checking of Potential of hydrogen, should range between 7.2-7.6p.p.m
Additional services will be included in Three monthly maintenance.
• Check condition of skimmer cover plates, skimmer weir and skimmer basket.
• Check condition integrity of pump “O” rings, strainer baskets mechanical seals and couplings.
• Check condition and integrity of chemical dosing pump diaphragms, valve seals valve shutters, foot valves, suction trainers and “O” rings.
• Check condition and integrity of filters back wash sight glass, air relief valves and pressure gauges.
• Generally, check all electrical controls and devices for integrity and correct operation.
• Carry out any cleaning adjustments, repair or replacement as condition found in various check dictates and complete all planned log sheets.
Additional services will be included in six monthly maintenance.
• Remove circulating pumps and check motor bearings and insulation resistance of motor winding (if required).
• Check and clear/clean pump impeller.
• Replace seals (if required).
• Undertake any other repairs, cleaning, adjustments or replacement us dictates by condition of pumps and plant room equipment.
• Reinstall pumps (if required).
• Complete log sheets and log book.
• Drain down swimming pools complete and thoroughly clean all wall and floor areas taking particular care and using algaecides or similar as required to kill/remove any buildup of algae or fungus particular in title joins.
• Inspect all surfaces for and replace any damaged, loose or missing tiles.
• Inspect tile joins and re point with approved epoxy-based grout as conditions dictates.
• Remove sand / filter media from filter.
• Check condition of filter nozzles and replace as condition dictates.
• Check inside filter body for and clean back to bare metal any signs of rust or corrosion. Prime all bate metal, prepare and paint inside and outside of filter unit.
• Clean filter media and refill filter and top up or replace with proper silica sand filter media as condition dictates.
• Check all pipe work for signs of leakage, adjust repair or replace as required.
• Drain water from back wash holding tank remove all accumulated sand and sludge thoroughly clean walls and floor and check for deterioration.
• Remove pumps and motors and undertake annual overhaul including the following:
➢ Remove and strip down motor and pumps.
➢ Check suction, delivery and non-return valves.
➢ Check mechanical seals, O rings, bearings and gaskets.
➢ Check motor windings.
➢ Check condition of impeller, impeller casing and the like.
➢ Adjust, repair or replace items as condition dictates.
➢ Re-vanish windings or rewind motor as condition dictates.
• Prepare and paint all sections where existing paint has flaked, is damaged or where there are any signs of rust or corrosion.
• Re-assemble motor and pump using new gaskets and scaled as required, test and reinstall.
• After all works complete thoroughly clean pool, refill pool and all chemical dosing pots, re-commission all paint equipment and run plant for 48 hrs. Keeping pool closed.
• Carry out full pool water chemical analyses to check condition of water.
• Keep pool closed and carrying out subsequent checks until water quality proved to meet required standards.
• Co-ordinate with civil maintenance to perform to do the following:
➢ Checking general structure.
➢ civil elements of the pools for soundness.
➢ touch up paint / repair mosaics and make good as required.
➢ Shutting down the swimming pool for annual maintenance prepares and paint walls and floors of painted features with paint systems to match existing.
